AnimeNext was a Anime Convention which was held during October 11-13 of this year at the Crowne Plaza Meadowlands Secaucus, New Jersey. There was a gameroom there that had 24 television sets reaching from 32 in., 42 in. to a few 55 in. rear projection for DDR.

If you guys show real strong interest for a GameRoom VF Event for 2003 AnimeNext, I will take over the running of the 2003 gameroom for a special Virtua Fighter Event with prize money included and even 2 projectors for Final Matches or Semi-Final Matches.

P.S. I'm quite serious about this idea and I can make it happen if ppl within the general or U.S. area show some support.

BAD NEWS: Scrubs and AnimeFreaks are included in this deal, sorry.

Sup Kungfusmurf. Will the 2003 AnimeNext be held at the same time as this year's was? In any case, count me in.

 

That sounds like a good idea... Any information about the event such as how much it costs to get in, when it's going to be run, and what will be going on besides the game room?

If there's going to be a VF tournament you can count Rich and I in... Maybe we'd see some of the NYC people come down for it too?

I will try to make it free if not close to it with concern to the entry. As the tournament is concern nothing else will be going at that time except VF4 or VF4 EVO.
