S-AV Selector Box Help

Hi I was considering buying an AV-Selector box so I don't have to keep switching cables from game system to system with my TV ( my receiver doesn't have enough inputs). I have a couple of questions though:

1. Any of you using one currently? And if so what make do you reccomend?
2. Is there visual quality degradation of the signal when you run through an AV-Selector?

 

I bought the basic radio shack one, and it works fine. Don't see any quality diff.

 

Thanks! There aren't any radio shacks here though, guess I'll go with any brand I can find.
