Hi, I'm new to the VF forums.

    Can someone tell me Sarah's SABAKI's ?

    as far as I know,
    she has:
    - 3P (beats high strikes) but I dunno what dictates it doesnt seem consistant.
    - P+K (beats mids and highs )

    does she have anymore?

also .. 3P+K goes under high strikes but I wouldnt call it a sabaki as it completely avoids them... does she have any more moves like that as well ?

    Thanks [IMG]

I think the only true Sabaki's Sarah has are

    1) P+K (Beats High and Mids)
    2) FL P+K (Not sure what it beats exactly since I used it mainly against 2P
    3) Back Step (Forward Step [[6]+P+K+G -> [4]]) which I think also works against Highs and mids

All other things I believe avoid attacks but don't actually cause a stagger from parry

    From my testing/incomplete knowledge:

p+k: sabakis anything high or mid (maybe not circulars, will check when I get home), 2p will beat.

FL P+K: Think this is still 2p only, haven't tried other lows.

Back Step: High and Mid punch and elbow only. Kicks beat it, 2p beats it. Still nifty though.

Just checked, FL P+K actually catches 2K as well!

What do you guys do after a succesfull FL p+k sabaki??? Is 3k -> crumple combo really the best i can do? I cant seem to cancel from flamingo into 1k fast enough for a better combo [IMG]

FL [6][K]+[G] is my launcher of choice from FL

Agreed. In vanilla you had to cancel to normal stance and do dragon cannon, but now we have this launcher instead.

    And what's wrong with a 100-point combo from crumple? FL3K > 2P > 6K+G > P > 7K+G or 66K+G (depends on stance and character weight).

Do that enough times and people will stop ducking entirely when you are in FL. They'll either stand there and block or sidestep. On standing block, FL2K > P+G. On sidestep, easy sweeps which lead to more mix-ups.

    I love Sarah!!! [IMG]
