    Quarter4 1999.
    This was revoked by Japanese courts a few months later.
    Subsequently the NO RESALE stickers are to my knoledge no longer being used.

    Yup, this is ancient stuff. If this were the case I wouldn't have about 15 Saturn games sitting in my living room right now.
