    I use three things:
    Cozby###
    vf####
    and wasted wish.

Find these guys, play them as many times as theyll play you, save every replay, then watch those replays and gank their moves.

Here's my things I've done that have seemingly helped me.

-As weird as it sounds, take a break. Breaks can snap bad habbits and open up your mind to new moves/setups/mixups to use that you may not have been using.

-I use to be really iffy about watching match vids, but if you watch videos with a purpose, there's a lot to learn by watching others play. Make it a purpose to watch both players who are exceptionally good and those who aren't quite there yet. I like to look for one way to use a move specifically, or observe a player's general flow and compare it to mine. It can help you brainstorm new ideas, or confirm aspects of your current play.

-Play another fighter. Sometimes playing something else can have the same effect as taking a break. It can also make you appreciate VF even more (lol which often happens to me when I play other fighters now).

-Play another character. Opens up your mindset and familiarizes yourself with the rest of the cast. You may even mess around and find a character which helps bring out your maximum potential.

First off, Playing noobs will not break a slump. all it will usually lead to is struggling against worse and worse players. Why? b/c when you are playing really well, you have to bend away from "Great" play to beat noobs. (mashing lower dans and kyu's) things such as always go for you stomach crumple b/c likely they'll never stop attacking thus you'll counter hit crumple.

Save replays of when you are playing really well. Don't erase them, they'll serve as reference. Save the replays of yourself struggling. Look for the differences.

You are using lei fei, so it is imperative that you understand what your goals are in a match. How can i get the Doku stagger jab kick in? Which set ups should i be using more? dm p+k!!!!
Am I working my sweep kicks enough? (this one is doubly important b/c evading is key against lei fei, and your sweeps with defensive move, serve a buffer against evaders). And lastly, how can I get my 33p floater in. Make sure you are evading and throwing it out there.

So in short, everything they mentioned above, as well as make sure you are getting into your key moves: the ones that are going to lead to 70+ damage (also pay special attention to your spacing on rising attacks, you need to be getting punishment here).
