    Not a lengthy discussion or anything - but more of a recommendation. Last night I was fortunate enough to have tickets to the World Premiere of the Metallica Documentary: Some Kind of Monster.

    It is an exceptional view into the relationships of the band during a period of time where it was under considerable stress - the three years leading to the development of their most recent album, St.Anger.

    I highly recommend it - it was fantastic. Apparently it will be released on July 16th if you don't get a chance to catch it at a major documentary festival in the near future (NYC? LA? I dunno)...The premiere was for Toronto's Documentary Festival now going on until mid-May.
