These are simply QUALITY! Srider, how come no mention of any of this here on VFDC? This stuff is even good for old hands to get up on the new VF5 system mechanics. I did a search and found nothing on this here.

 

He's mentioned them on irc.

I'm going to guess that he wanted to have the whole thing finished before posting about it here.

 

For those of us wanting to hold out for the 360 version, watching these are almost too much! Soooooo good!

I'm guessing that this is what's replacing the 10 Things thread that was started and never finished.

It's a good move! I like these a lot, it's a great way to help people get in touch with the game. Great idea and execution, I have to say!

Sirlin is not a cool guy in real life; I've met him a few times. He's kind of arrogant, and he has no place being that way (trust me). Other than the fact that he is good at SF (I do have some wins over him ), and has definitely contributed to the SF community, I don't think he deserves much praise. Just my opinion of course; but on the other hand, he might not be the same person he was x amount of years ago. I do think he did a good job getting us a perfect emulation of SSF2T on CCC vol. 2. And his tutorial was also quite stellar IMO.

 

Fucking Ditto, you know I thought twice about this reply in wether I should say this, but here goes. The Type of quality, time and work you guys [Strider, Myke, etc...,] put into this game is astonishing. I know its just a game, never the least Triple Aces to you Strider and the work is more than worthy of a salary. Don't get know ideas, LOL, LOL!!!!

Forget about going on about Sirlin. The only reason it was brought up was in reference to the fact that this is like the quality of the vids Sirlin did. Srider, I truly appreciate the effort you put in man... sorry if it actually was a surprise though.. just didn't know why the rest of the world should see it, but the very VFDC members couldn't. =P

Nice vids. I guess the only gripe I had was (I've only seen the first two at the moment) that the volume on your mic could've been a bit louder.

Hey guys, you can accuse me of holding out or whatever, but why bring Sirlin into this?

Anyways, I haven't finished all the stuff that I've wanted to do so that's the reason why I haven't posted about these stuff.
