Street Fighter 2 Tribute Album

Hey all. I'm still in Japan as of now, and I just picked this CD up. Lemme tell you - it ROCKS. I'm not that big a fan of SF2 music, but the musicians involved (big names of VGM like Yuzo Koshiro, Yasunori Mitsuda, and Yoko Shinomura) do a great job making some of the best game music mixes I've heard yet. Sega fans will even recognize Mr. Daytona himself, Takenobu Mitsuyoshi, singing his remixed version of Ryu's theme! All in all, this is one of the best VGM CDs I've heard in a LONG time, and well worth the price of importing. I don't know of any places that are carrying it yet, though...

 

I <3 Yuzo Koshiro, and on a side note... if I don't see another Bare Knuckle game soon I'm gonna flip.

Hey I got a question, what section of the CD stores is this one filed under? I take it it's under the anime/video game sections but I can't find it for the life of me. /versus/images/graemlins/frown.gif Maybe it hasn't found its way out here yet, or I'm looking in the wrong section, or something...
