    We want more people to commentate! ANYONE is invited to commentate, whether you are a vet or a new player, or if you wanna commentate or just laugh and joke with the players! During or before the sets begin, use Skype and send a message or friend request to 'blackstar2478' to join in on the call! Limited space in the XBL room will also be made available for those who want to use XBL Chat!


    How it works is like this:

    Reply on this thread with your gamertag, the date you (and your opponent, if applicable) are available, location you play from, and what you would like to do, and you will be placed on a list of 'interested players' on the opening post (this post).

    For example:

    NOTE: If you have an opponent in mind, make sure that THEY REPLY IN THE THREAD TOO, OR THE REQUEST WON'T COUNT.

    Also, NOTE: FT10's take FOREVER, so only especially hype matches get to do those.


    IF YOU WANT A PRE-RAW INTERVIEW DONE, IT IS DONE BY REQUEST ONLY FROM NOW ON.
    So, in other words, if you want an interview, just ask and I'll do it. If you're a spectator, and IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO SEE SOMEONE GET INTERVIEWED, just ask me as well, and i'll try and arrange one with them if they want.


    If there is a disconnection (DC) during a RAW set, neither player will win the match where the DC occurs (unless BLACKSTAR or designated person says otherwise).

    Instead, both players will play the next match by first allowing each player to willingly give up the same number of rounds they had lost in the previous DC'd match, before playing out the rest of the match.

    3 UNINTENTIONAL DC's are allowed in a RAW set. Any further DC's will result in the immediate end of the RAW set and a DRAW(can be overruled, if both participating players express that they wish to continue).

    ANY 1 DC DEEMED INTENTIONAL by BLACKSTAR or designated person will result in the IMMEDIATE disqualification and loss of the entire RAW set for the offending player. A subsequent BAN from participation in future RAW events may also occur.


    Sure, why not. Just see if your opponent is cool with it, and both of you guys let me know that that is what you want to do.


    Short answer: NO.

    Long answer: Unless you have a good reason where its ABSOLUTELY IMPOSSIBLE to do RAW on a Sunday, then NO. Even if you do, note that we will work with you, but nothing will be guaranteed. I have my own life to live, after all. That being said, if you want to have a RAW match, but can't do Sundays, let us know here on the RAW thread, and we will work with you.

      Sunday Night R.A.W. Results:​

      Wanna thank everybody that watched and played! I gotta say that the first episode was a success; the set was close and real hype to watch, with some real nailbiters at the end! Neither player wanted to send that friend request to Weirdo5000, lol.

      In the end, after the threat of a comeback by JackoRCB, as he had pulled out on some clutch matches in his specialty of walled stages, ShinyBrentford managed to pull it out in the end! The final score was 10-8, ShinyBrentford! Grapeman Goh swooped in and scooped up the set!

      18 people showed up into the stream to watch, thanks guys! Hope it was enjoyable!

      Special thanks to ShinyBrentford and JackoRCB for making a great set! Special thanks to STL Tm for adding such great and knowledgable commentary!

      RAW #2 is in the books! The Eileen mirror match extraordinaire is finished, and @Tricky wins with a merciless shut-out of 10-0 vs. @EvenPit !

      Thank you to both Tricky_Eileen and EvenPit for coming out! While this set was clearly favored Tricky_Eileen, our post-show commentary revealed that EvenPit isn't ready to give up yet! He demands a rematch, to which Tricky_Eileen agrees! We will be able to see this mirror match battle revisited in the weeks ahead.

      But until then, EvenPit has to do alot of grinding and pay up to his new GTA5 mob boss, Tricky_Eileen!

      I also want to thank the great STL Tm for doing a great job on commentary! Special thanks for ShinyBrentford making a post-show interview appearance with the competitors!



      Next Week! Right now we have a FT10 Brad mirror battle for who's the prettiest, Libertine vs Blackula! *A PS3 Special Event*! Sunday, October 20th @ 7PM EST!

      RAW #3 is now officially done! While it was yet another mirror match, this Brad exhibition took quite an unexpected turn with the score 10-3 in the favor of the PSN Brad specialist, @Libertine crushing the hopes of the heavily-favored Kount @Blackula !!!


      Thanks to both Blackula and Libertine for putting themselves in the line of fire for the sake of our amusement, Gladiator-style! Blackula promised to hit up the Hyperbolic VF Time-Chamber -- does that mean we'll see a runback in the near future??!? We hope so, and it will guarantee to be a close set!

      Until then, it's time for the Kount Blackula to go and practice on some wooden dummies !

      RAW #4 is now in and finished! It started out very even, with each player taking matches until it reached 4-4, but by the end @shadowmaster found and fully exploited @leftylizard 's weakness and comfortably took the set 10-5 !!! And because of that, I lost a $10 Candian Dollar bet with @Kamais_Ookin !!

      Thanks to LeftyLizard and Shadowmaster for throwing themselves into the front lines! Also, special thanks to the 31 viewers that came and watched the grueling battle, including @Shidosha , @cruzlink2 ,@Shag ,and many many more! RAW is still going strong!

      RAW #5! What more can I say? Today we had our first R.A.W. with TWO exhibitions! For our undercard, we had a FT7 runback match with @BLACKSTAR vs. @Kamais_Ookin , a battle that would be anticipated as a close set, but in the end, proved to be anything but! Kamais would send BLACKSTAR home packing with a whopping score of 7-1, marking the second week in a row, BLACKSTAR loses to him, after losing a money bet with him last week !!!

      For our Main Event, we have the people's champ, @ExzetyXat1 ,challenging @SNAKE BOSS too a FT10 "U R BANNED" match when everyone else was afraid to, as the loser was to have their VFDC account BANNED! On the sidelines, our match featured guest VFDC mod/exectutioner @Shag ! After a grueling first couple of matches, SNAKE BOSS controversially cost himself several automatic DQ's by going against the rules and picking secondary characters in a character-locked match! Between that and allowing a random Kage 8P+K to hit him, SNAKE BOSS was eventually destroyed by ExZetyXat1 via a 10-1 score !!! In a shocking twist of events, Shag's mod powers broke, preventing him to ban SNAKE BOSS; yet it turned out to not matter, as he would be banned anyway after less than 24 hours...wonder who was the guy to push the big red button...?

      RAW #6! Suprising results to say the least! First, our Undercard Match between @EvenPit vs @akira Zero! EvenPit came through with his brand new character, Jeffry, putting up a great fight against the Akira main, AkiraZero! However, AkiraZero eventually pulled it out taking the set, 7-3 vs. EvenPit !!!

      In the Main Event, we had the battle to find who's Goh was the best in America, R.A.W. vet @ShinyBrentford vs. @VFhayato!! The set began in a back-in-forth fashion for rounds, with ShinyBrentford pulling out sets. But in the end, VFHayato playstyle was read, and ShinyBrentford managed to pull out a 10-0 shutout!!! Yes, R.A.W. has seen a string of matches that turned into blowouts, with this weeks run not bucking the trend! Are we gonna see some close sets in a R.A.W. in our lifetime? Its time for us all to stop trying to train and train to get better!
