There is a way to bypass the 30 secs timer.

I'll share my secret, but the more people who understand this, the less viable it will get.

It all starts with a private message to the one person you want to fight with.
It needs to contain the words "let's go in, Player Match, no 30 sec timers, if you did not want to invite someone else" in no particular order.
Then you yourself go in player match, join custom match, and magic should happen.

Now you probably feel that your mind has expanded.


If it's too complicated for you, feel free to stick to ranked, fighting hopeless newbies who don't get enough time to learn anything and can't adapt to what you do.
