To anyone knowledgeable of HK/Japan fashion LOL

This is awkward, but I'll give it a shot. I've been looking for 2 styles of jackets, and have been unsuccessful searching online, so I thought maybe someone here could direct me with a website or a name-brand,...
The first style of jacket is the hooded vest like Goh Hinogami, maybe a Japanese retailer created one, or something similar?
The second style, I think more common, I've seen in Chinese movies like Young and Dangerous:The Prequel, and Biozombie. It was the jacket that Nicolas Tse wore in The Prequel, and the dude who was Alien in Gen-X cops wore one in Biozombie, a lightweight jacket with a dragon/tiger design on the back. These jackets are something akin to the design on the jacket of Ryo Hazuki in Shenmue, except not leather. If anyone knows what I'm talking about, feedback is appreciated,...thanks

 

Im not sure but i see both types of wear all the time. Might be because i live in the socal area, but i didnt think it would be so rare in the east coast. If i see any retailers with them ill let you know.
