I was wondering about the useful moves for Eileen. She has a lot of moves at her disposal and it's hard to find out which moves are useful for her to use. Finding this out would be a great help.

I assume you are just starting to explore Eileen. What I think you should tell yourself right from the get go is that very few moves (if any?)are actually useless.

To start out, the basic punches are always important to undersand. Like: [P] ,[6] [P] ,[2] [P] and more.

How each player prefer to play are always going to be different, and hence different players are going to put priority on different moves. There is always a foundation though, a set of basics that should be applied the specific character you are playing. Eileen is a lot about flow, she can cancel lots of her strings into other moves to maintain her momentum. This is probably where you should start looking. Sure, launchers are always tempting to go to first, just because they lead to easy big damage combos.

I really believe the trick to Eileen is to be unpredictable and annoying. The fact that she can cancel her strings and such makes it easier to get a safer exit (or give an unpredictable twist) from your offense. The trick is to make your opponent scared of acting without thinking because he's not sure whether you will cancel your moves into something completely different. Therefore I believe the challenge is to pull off stuff that is really unexpected and even sometimes unsafe. Because you don't want to reveal any patterns. Show that you are willing to do disrespect your opponent! [IMG]

Canceling into her [6] [P]+ [K]+ [G] and [2] [3] [6] [P]+ [K]+ [G] stances for annoying mix ups are vital. Really, all cancelling moves have uses. It will leave your opponent guessing. Even [2] [1] [4] [P]+ [K]+ [G] can thrive when used effectively. So my recommendation is not some list of top 10 moves, but instead the fundamental core to her game that is cancelling and maintaining a flow. Creative offense is important to Eileen.

But in general, some of her moves that I feel are important are:

    [6] [K]
You can end a lot of combos with this one without effort, and also punish opponent who doesn't tech roll. Just use this move if they like to stay on the ground for som extra damage. Also sometimes useful for whiff punish.

    [9] [P]
Dodges lows from the first frames. If you predict habits such as [2] [P] this is your go to move for some big damage as it leads to a combo.

    [4] [6] [P]
Goes under some highs, and is an excellent counter for predictable PPPs from your opponent. Can be followed with a combo on NH.

    [P]+ [K]
Has lots of combo potential and can lead to a throw.

    [IMG] [3] [P] + [K] ( [3] [3] [P] + [K] )
I love this move, evades highs and you can cancel it if for example the first one gets blocked. Small launcher on CH.

    [6] [P]+ [K]
Used in a lot of universal combos, if you choke on that character specific combo you've been practicing, just use this. Maybe with [2] [3] [6] [K] [K] [K] as a finish.

    [2] [3] [6] [P]+ [K]+ [G] [K]
Rebounces many opponents in combos started with example [9] [K]+ [G]. A good choice is to follow this with the next moves.

    A pretty important combo ender to use instead of [6] [K] is [3_] [P] cancelled into [2] [1] [4] [K]+ [G].

A last tip is to explore everything in her command list. Make sure you have answers to everything you can think of instead of making one part of your gameplay strong and leave the rest behind. Like, what do you do when the opponent evades, throws, spam strings a lot? A vital part is to have tricks and answers up your sleeve for whatever the opponent does, as soon as you see a pattern you should know how to capitalize! Come back here if you have specific problems with anything.

    I hope this helped.
