VF 10th Anniversary - Screens & 30 Mins of Video!

Hi guys

Me, uk-guy and some other brethrens all assembled for a big VF 10th Anniversary mash-up. We recorded the whole thing and put it on Kikizo:

The game is only being released in Europe - 2000 copies to be precise, which are probably all gone now, however some copies have been reserved for competitions and such, which will begin later this month.

As far as i know, its not available to buy normally..
ive seen one ebay auction though.

There are usually two or three on E-bay, most go for around 30-40 $ (eh), while some people are even asking as the starting bid for like 60-100 $, so it is certainly not cheap.

You can E-mail the auctioner, and ask where they got it, one got it from a shop that was supposedly selling them.

But yeah, the only place I have seen these for sale so far, is E-bay, so scour the "bay" for them until you can win an auction at a reasonable price. Good Luck.

<edit> Forgot to mention that all of the auctions for the disc so far have all been shipped from European locations.

 

Anyone know the nature of these discs being sold on ebay considering it's assumed to have been leaked.

 

I was the other person along with Daniel Butros, anyway as i said it was fun for like half an hour, then we all started playing the VFEvo /versus/images/graemlins/wink.gif

 

Why is everyone making a big deal out of this 10th anniversary disc. It was released on the net quite some time ago..(don't ask how or where) someone here on vfdc even had an impression of the game post somewhere before. There is no way to obtain this disc through a normal distribution channel, the only way is to pirate it. It will most likely never be released as it was simply a side show project for kakuto shinseki 2.

I think some may see the disc as a collector's item more than anything else and that's the reason why some people are going through some length to obtain a legal copy. Srider is right from a gameplay standpoint however, the disc is pretty much a novelty. (not worth paying for)

I'll second that. Gameplay seems too simplistic and horribly unfair /versus/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Lau gets 100 pt combos off of a f+P MC for example, and you can pounce after a lot of TR-able throws. Guaranteed ground throws really hurt too, as do unescapeable TFT's etc.

Basically it's a cheese fest /versus/images/graemlins/smile.gif
I wouldn't pay a lot of money for it knowing that I can get evo gameplay with VF1 models after playing quest mode for a bit.
