if you're gonna switch characters, u should play a character none of us play (since we now have 1 & 1/2 Jackys >, and Andy plays Jacky pretty well too).

Just my two cents, we do need a dedicated Aoi, Brad, Kage, Lau, etc.

Your Aoi is pretty good. But, you shouldn't quit Goh until you can do Goh's SPOD homie

These chibita clips clearly demonstrates why he is considered virtua god in Japan. Not only is the Shun match exciting, the Jacky and Vanessa clips vividly show his knowledge of the game and his insane guessing work, reaction, and improvisation ability. (Look for his use of sabaki's, ring positioning, and different combo usages)

Everyone should see these clips, they demonstrate how creative this game can be, and how exciting it is when people strive to play that way.

 

To comment on what Srider said if Chibita played Akira everyone would actually see the side of Akira that hasn't been so long been denied which is his Creative side since most tier in Japan in my opinion besides for Inotchi & Ohsu play Akira pretty boringly & they rarely use his Defensive techniques has an offensive.

Lastly if Chibita ever used Akira as his main & made him work just a quarter as well as Lion it's GAME OVER boys & girls and he might actually win a tourney, hehehe.

Oh by the way in NA I still have the Sexiest Akira /versus/images/graemlins/smile.gif.

 

Imho, there is only a limited amount of creative way of playing with Akira. Akira is just so straight forward unlike Lion. Lion has so many specials movements like ///+++, wall jumps that he can change sides with his opponent easily. Notice the part where he change sides with Lau when Lau was techrolling and then throw him.

Chibita used to play Akira from what I heard when I was in Japan.

 

smurf does have the sexiest akira.

I don't believe that they're archived, get them while you can, and if you miss them - you might be able to find someone on IRC who still has them. Other than that, I *really* wouldn't worry about it. Most (well, non-chibita) clips aren't that memorabe or particularly interesting, and if they are - someone will likely have saved them.
