Just curious of the "universal" opinion. Does alchohol help or hinder your game?

Me personally 2-6 beers helps, 6-9 hinders, 9-14 helps. ( of course I may not remember the 9-14 gameplay, and will probably get bad X box Live feedback)

DISCLAIMER: To all of the VFrs under the age of 21: Alchohol is bad, drugs are bad, mmmmm kkkkkk.

 

I have yet to play under the influence. Having said that I might tonight. =P

 

If you think 9-14 helps you are crazy or more likely just too wasted to remember getting pzwned.

 

Alcohol just makes me more likely to play abare style. It really offers no real benefit since I react slower which is bad since hit-confirming is already hard enough...XD

 

Gonna put this to the test: just made the strongest screwdriver in the history of alcohol (ran out of OJ halfway through).

Dude you guys just don't know. Alcohol can help sometimes. I mean really, when are you going to expect your opponent to sweep for the 6TH TIME IN A ROW!?

 

ironically enough drinking hurts my shun play.

I can't drink yet, but you're tempting me to sneak in my parent's wine coolers...

 

Alcohol is considered among the worse? I can see how it's pretty bad in some cases, but, when I think the worse, many others come to mind lol.

Slight buzz helps me personally in all fighters, but it's not something I go for when I want to play well lol. Yeah, enough to relax the nerves without altering your creativity/reaction is ideal but... to find and maintain that level seems like it would be too tough lol.

It's the most prevalent, it's socially acceptable, and it has nasty long term affects.

The only plus alcoholism has is it will get rid of a number of the frat-boy types; the bad news: it doesn't do it fast enough. I kinda wished some people found it cool to shoot themselves in the mouth; you know, because it's the hip thing to do.
