Virtua Fighter 20th anniversary

If Sega does indeed does something special next year for the series 20th anniverary, what would u like to see? We all know they included an updated VF1 within VF4: Evolution. And we sadly we all know there was NOTHING for it's 15th anniversary?

I would like to see HD re-releases of VF1-3 for PSN and XBLA, likely a collection with online play with upscaled graphics, trophies/achievements. Or if they were to do it? do what was done with Tekken 5's arcade history mode.

HD re-releases of VF1-3 for PSN and XBLA would be awesome, especially if SEGA treat them like the port of Daytona USA for PSN and XBLA. In any case, the first thing I want for the 20th anniversary of VF, is the announcement of Virtua Fighter 6. And why not make Siba a free DLC character for VF5FS ?

Re-living my childhood memories on my fightstick and a online option? That would be SOOO BLISSFUL!! =D

 

i'd drop some serious cash on a refined HD version of every major classic VF game.

(mainly just VF-VF4 and VF4 Evo and Final Tuned if i can dream lol)

 

I'm not asking for the Udon+StreetFighter kinda deal, but at least some sort of media (Art book/Encyclopedia, CG/Anime movie or mini series)

 

I'd love some sort of collection, maybe pay $90 to get all the previous games digital (PSN) versions, and an artbook, full OST plus a Statue would be nice. If not I'd settle for Virtua Fighter HD, Virtua Fighter 2 HD and Virtua Fighter 3 HD, plus maybe some new/better avys.

YES. That's exactly what came to mind when I thought of a Virtua Fighter 1, 2 & 3 HD

Also art books, early concept, history books, behind the scenes, etc... Last but not least some DLC 20th anniversary stuff (stage, clothing, items, new fighter) for VF5FS. I'm serious, I would spend up $100 for some good stuff. I would like to see VF 4 come out for the PSVita as an anniversary surprise; I know they can do it because Tekken 6 is stupid good for the PSP. I guess all of that is to much to ask since we just got VF5FS after such a long wait.</span>

 

One or more of the following please!

- Release an anniversary stick that everybody can get (i.e. not extremely limited quantity).

- Anniversary tournament.

- Some kind of Anniv. DLC release with classic VF games.

- Awesome VF-shirts, merchandise available for order online.

 

New artwork within a VF Ages book. All the concept art, all the behind the scenes stuff. Video DVD of momentous events in VF... all with VF6!

 

Or a super Virtua Fighter godzilla robot dinosaur from space, etching the letters "VF Anniversary" on the moon by shooting lasers through it's eyes. Just saying, it would be awesome.

The games haven't aged too well but i'd rather have just plain old ports, as long as they're done well.

i would like very much virtua fighter anniversary HD version. VF-VF2-VF3..espesially VF3 arcade edition..i nostalgy those days on arcades.never forget how awesome and gorgeous VF3 was!

 

HD collection (in the vein of the Resident Evil ones, which are awesome) would be wonderful, I wanna play VF2 like in the old days, hopefully get some online capability in there as well.

Maybe then a announcement they are working on a VF6 along with it

VF20th Anniversary would be...

VF Megamix:

Select styles of play but all characters up to FS are included...so you can play Eileen in VF2 graphic and play style, or Venessa in VF3, etc.

And of course, included in the package would be perfect arcade conversions along with online play options for those games and the special 'megamix' version...oh, and yes, they'd definitely have to bring back the evade button from part 3 for VF3 style games.
