Virtua Fighter 5 FS Perfect Input Team Combo Video

Hey guys, me and my team called "Perfect Input" (created by Scary Mashed Potatoes A.K.A. SMP) have made a 9 minute VF5:FS combo video!

We mainly work with Tekken, but we love this game so much we teamed up to create a VF5FS video, we definitely love this series and continue with it!

TRIVIA:

1. We wern't originally going to have a special guest in the video, however seeing Apocryphic Visions VF5FS works we couldn't go ahead without asking him to join us, and he did

2. Earlier this year there was going to be a Tekken 6 Act 2 from us, ironically that project collapsed with a 3 month deadline, whilst this project only took 1 month!

3. This project was originally scrapped, until me and Kknator were determined to revive it, and it worked

 

Great video I really enjoyed it man. However, can I make just one suggestion? In the future do you think you could possibly group the combos by character instead of just placing them in a random order. I saw tons of great combos I'd like to try, but since I'd have to go through the video XX amount of times to find what I was looking for became a bit of a turn off. It would have been nice to just fast forward or rewind to character X that you may be looking for. I hope you don't find my criticism to be offensive. I just think this is the best way to make any combo video.

I'm glad you enjoyed the video, and I understand where you're coming from, grouping the characters in order will make it more organised for each individual character and fans of that character. But from my past experience of Tekken combo videos mixing the multi characters is quite a habit of mine, of course we will take your criticism on board in good faith my friend !

I'm still new to this scene and it's best to get as much mixed friendly feedback as possible, cheers bro

Thanks Johoseph! Well we all worked hard on it, but I think the best VF5FS vid was the PRIME video from last week, that was both AWESOME and TERRIFYING! I decided to delay this video for a week because his video was too good as our team video would look rubbish in comparison

I would prefer it if detailed stats were constantly on as it's easier to work out what happening or if the combos are guaranteed. That said it was a good vid. I watched the whole thing even though I don't play any of the characters.

It's great to see what other players outside of Japan are able to find. I knew that there's a lot more to discover about this game that we have yet to find. Kinda reminds me of SF3 3S back in the day and how it wasn't as well received as it coulda been until a few players started discovering all sorts of cool stuff.

If you ever decide to do another vid let it be known here and I'm sure a lot of character specialists can PM you with some even more damaging and long combos! I have a few with Brad if you're interested

I need a better capture card lol. I have to give props to Tmd for putting this together, all of the slow-mo was tastefully done and some crazy highlights from everyone that participated.

Also for some strange reason, I have added "Burning Heart" to my MP3 player to motivate me whilst I search for my combos
