Ok I've talked in a few rooms about starting this wrestling thread and I finally got around to making it. Feel free to discuss your favorite wrestlers, story lines, gimmicks, factions, matches or any of that other good stuff here. Guess I'll start with one of my favorite matches from a few years back.

OK Looking at some older indie matches, I may have found a new favorite in Samuray del Sol (that may be the most awesome name I have ever heard, which translates to Samurai of the Sun)

Straight up this ring gear is pretty good, just hopes he brings it back during his stint with WWE

I watched this in Japan, It was my first wrestling event I watch live.
It's amazing!


Especially this guy, Daisuke Sekimoto. He's not tall but huge like tank, his deadlift german suplex is very impressive!

 

I have to go back and watch the full event later but man that dead lift suplex looks sick I was going to say it reminded me of Trevor Lee then I saw that Chaos Theory- Style Deadlift suplex and had to sit there and wonder how the hell did he maintain his grip through the roll and bridge the suplex.
