Allrighty im quite newcomer with VF series, for now at least, but i decided to post my battles which i believe will help me improve my gameplay (by priceless advices).

    Ok then: http://www.youtube.com/user/aramisPL

Lei is my main,i studied him a little so i think i can pull something out with him.

As for Aoi - well to be honest i can't catch a grip for her. She is hard to play with effectively and i still have to find out a way to play her.

These matches are like week old, i think i'm playing a little better now so when i will add new stuff, i will write new post.

Hey Yamada, nice vids. You seem to have good reaction time. I'm not a Lei player and I don't know how bad lag was in those matches but you could really benefit from practicing Lei's combos

YamadaPL, I have some advice for you!

If you play somebody a bit better than you, even if you lose 20 or more in a row, don't just quit! sometimes its only after a beating that you improve!

you see when he gets a head collapse, and does the 1p (downward sloping overhand) to rebounce the opponent. Basically, if that consistently lands, the connections is perfectly playable for a monk user. On connections where that whiffs more often then not, you might as well turn the game off [IMG]

God, this game is killing me. It's like 20min of match searching, and 3mins of actual gameplay, cause opponent usually leaves after 1st fight - win or lose, doesn't matter.

Today i played some nice matches with Mitsuruga, Zakkapa and another one player which i do not have on my friend list (yet;]) that pulled off some seriously crazy stuff with Sarah. Forgot to record something thou.

As for my current gameplay - i abandoned Aoi for now for the sake of learning Eileen and Akira (Akira mostly for fun, cuz can't get a full potential from his combos since i'm a pad user). Yeah i know i should focus on one character instead of 3, but oh well;].

tonyfamilia - well about combos i prefer to use ones that give us nice oki. It's worth sacrificing these few points of damage;). But yeah, im using some new stuff. Too bad that baldie's [DM] backstagger requires good timing now - it was pure murder in Evo;).

MAtteoJHDY - yes, i know. I know now that it is the best way to have my defense boosted.

Thanks for advises and comments. I will try to record something new soon.

Good for you man. learn from all your matches and you will be just fine. Just because Akira isn't easy to use on pad doesn't mean he can't be mastered on a pad just work at it. You shouldn't quit on aoi completely when you have great feel for the game in general try her out again you will find her tools to be more effective then you thought the last time you played her.

    Good luck dude.

Yamada, write your XBL GT under your name or just post in the introduction thread or match making thread and you should be able to connect with more players [IMG]

    tony: done [IMG] .

Today was a good day. I met a great player called QueenofCarnage2 thanks to whom i'm finaly starting to breaking throws. However i seem to mess EDTEG a little because i'm buffering throw escapes slightly too late so after evade throw is usually coming out instead of guard. It works as EDTE but i must buffer them faster and block because this can be nail to my coffin in the future [IMG].

I also played with nice Akira (The FeauchA) and i recorded like 2 or 3 replays so i will upload them in free time.

BTW, are you Polish? If so, hit me up on GG: 2912229 or via mail [IMG]

VF players are so hard to find in PL, since Tekken is the main fighter here. Let me know, cheers.

    Very good matches with lei fei. i recommend maximizing those head crumple combos with leifei for example [4] [6] [P] [+] [K], [1] [P] [+] [K], [P], [4] [6] [6] [P] [+] [K] or end with [3] [P] [P]f for about 79 total dmg on ch. Another interesting note about lei [9] [K] is u can actually bounce eileen,lion,aoi, and pai with this combo [9] [K] refloat with [2] [P], [1] [P] [+] [K]and end with [4] [3] [P] [+] [K].
Timing is tricky because of the quick forward dash then [2] [P]and [1] [P] [+] [K].
Interesting note on leifei suirakan stance (laying down) [K]is if ur opponent doesnt recover staggers very well use [K] afterwards from ura nehan stance to float them [2] [P] to refloat, [3] [3] [P] [P] [+] [K] [+] [G], [K] [K]

Im using 46P+K, 1P+K, P,P,P mainly because of oki to prevent them from techrolling (very strong tech catch with good timed [DM]P+K + combo). I dont use 9K because i screw up 2P input 90% of the time, but i will give this mesage for my pal - he likes this move;].

    I dont use this flowchart - i use suirakan K, suirakan P_K+G;p.

Gotta check stuff after suirakan K that You wrote - sounds tasty;].
