I keep hearing konjou plays kage, But I have yet to fight this kage

Absolutely, it was lots of fun. I liked how we both got mad pokey and the SE war in that one round was hillarious - would have been better if I'd won it though

 

GGs to assassinCP, about 20-4 overall obviously not to me. Even gave me a little bit of advice too, thanks.

Had a few people pop in and out but nothing else spectacular unfortunatly.

GG's last night to UKdiddy, extremely good akira. Like I said, one of the best I've seen online. Those were some vicious battles, you definately apply alot of pressure.

GG's TheUgg. We had some intense matches last night.You have a pretty good flow that is hard to stop once you get started. And don't let me get near a wall...ouch! You would just beat my bar down. I think there was a round where I had you down to like a hit and I had close to a full bar and you got me in a corner and just beasted on me. And I was doing everything I could avoid that beasting, but there was no stopping you. I hadn't played you in a good minute, so it was nice to get some games in with you again. We need to play more often.

Playing this game right now just has me wishing I was using VF5R ver B Goh instead of Vanilla Goh. I think Vanilla Goh is pretty damn weak comparatively...

CF Whiteworm's (GO): It was the first time I fought you in a really long time and it brought back long time ago memories of when I first fought your Vanessa. Your as good as ever, I liked your style for Goh.

Shinybrentford's (GO): You, CP and I were all on the mic while we were playing it was a pleasant time. Played for like an hour sometimes fooling around sometimes serious but your goh can pack a whallup! Thanks for the invite hope to play you again

Carolina Panther's (WO): We were on the mic talking about wrestling and stuff and I liked your wolf. Your toe kick stunners were impressive and the occasional deadly PGS! I liked when I hit you with so many TKoD's that the last time you timed the sabaki and killed me! Always a pleasure.

Denkai's (SH): This was the first to 10 challenge and I was pumped. Went into dojo and practiced against Jacky, experimenting some stuff and even found out something new, join the game AND IT'S SHUN I didn't win a single match but to my credit, lots were 3-2 losses, and well, I'm proud of myself Denkai was the best Shun I ever fought for a long time, the other was half a year ago against JHOW. It was a privelage playing you, but god damn next time bring in Jacky, YEAAAH!

MarlyJay's (EI/VA): Decided to test the connection and this time I was in my own house and the connection was way better, the best 0bar connection I had for a while. In total we played for like 3 hours! I didn't know you played Vanessa but it's real good, sorry I got side-tracked some 10/15 matches but I was really addicted to landing that Boot wall combo Also it got a teensy bit laggier when you came in with Eileen but still good, I can tell it's your stronger character for sure because you were dictating the pace, really like to play you again.

Cozby's (JA): Last time was 1/2 months ago but you've really gotten better, you were so like, composed and shit like calm and picking out your spots, and those damn back throws couldn't catch enough of them. Your really good, when you said you were nothing compared to Denkai's, I just can't fathom that, beyond my capacity.

Truesonic2k's (JE/LI) First we had some mirror matches, this time it wasn't laggy at all compared to last time because I was at mom's that time. I was really warmed up already and you just got on so I got the better of you, but then when you switched to Lion the matches started to go to your favour. I like your Lion it was really tricky, and those damn sweeps and all, thank you for playing games with me.

Sorry to anyone else that I may have forgotten but there's just so many I can't remember.

 

GG's to Fu-unji, Slide and everyone else I played recently.

Slide - I really like the mind games you play man. Annoying as hell, but I respect the stubbornness. Good man it will be awesome to be up close and personal with you next month.

Lucky - Sorry I only stuck around for 1 game in ranked, but I was really tired from having a long session with Jason(Slide) and it really takes a certain level of concentration to fight your style. Breaking down that fuzzy of yours is tough. As always, good shit man!

Oh almost forgot... GGs to Social Ruin from a few nights back. Tricky Lei with a annoying keep away style. It reminds me of a cross between Turpenoid and Risen Glory. Good stuff man I hope we can play again soon. Sorry my Kage is so annoying!

 

ggs. haha yeah sometimes I have to play stubborn defensively once I spot that move some of the characters use, that beats all the conventional defensive techs and when 0f rips me open. It gets kind of tough.

It gets EXTREMELY difficult when I get staggered, extremely. Sometimes I have to resort to leaving myself in the staggers on purpose, so I won't have to deal with 0f pressure. The 0f pressure is when I keep eating those safe CH moves.

You found out that you can jab Sarah up to -3 and -4 or simply evade and step cancel it. My next hit for followups was getting guarded after you evaded the initial hit, when you did that. I couldn't even delay launcher on you because when I spotted the evade you cancelled them with the steps.

 

Gg, don't worry about it, I left afterwards as well because I thought it was a little laggier than usual. : P

I've been getting alot of complaints about defense lately (not saying Konjou is complaining), I think people are starting to think it's the only way I can win : ). Who is the least defensive character on the game? I guess I'll be switching to whoever it is.

 

GT you should use Lei and only spam P!
