Mackfactor, I don't remember if I always gg'd back at you everytime, but I try to be nice to people and will accept friend requests from just about anybody... I do remember when you started and you have gotten loads better.

I have a love/hate relationship with VF5 from a game design perspective, but there is still a lot of fun that can be had with the game and I really appreciate getting to play with the people who do stick with the game. That's why I really can't imagine why any of the guys here would go out of their way to be dicks to people. Not that I have never gotten pissy before, but even if for purely selfish motives, we should all be nice to new players so they will stick around.

Our matches with your jacky and my Vanessa were very enjoyable indeed. I wish my 360 didn't end our last set of player matches so early because I was starting to get fell for your jacky some oh well see you online next time

 

Well said, I always try to be nice to new guys even when they act childish and do all the stomping/hate messages crap. I send them a "ggs " message hoping that they will read my profile and think "virtuafighter.com, hmmm..." and stop by and visit. I know I've already put some new guys here on to vfdc by doing some back and forth texting and I got something out of it too: after visiting vfdc they tend to improve their game after just a few weeks

Plague, really fun set man. I wish you woulda stayed longer for my Lau since I know that you have a lot of Lau exp. I saw how you played against Lau a lot more patient and less abare than when you fought my Goh and made some great comebacks.

Mista Tee, thanks for chatting with me when I was beating myself up and getting pissed when the answer was so obvious. I will give myself a proper "bgs" shout later but ggs to you for helping me remember how the game should be played online.

Azuzabo, I've always enjoyed your vids, specially the ones of you versus Dobi's Brad and I finally got to play your Lau but the lag is so damn bad that it's sad. Hopefully we can get some less-laggy games someday.

Thelgndwilnvrdy, keep at it man, VF's learning curve is one of the steepest but also one of the most rewarding.

Shang, don't blame lag man, we both got lag, if I can win so can you. Regardless of if it's online it's still a 50/50 guess in most situations so put the moral down for a sec. If it didn't work the first and second time, why try it a third?

I agree with this. For the record what Mack said was a in-joke between me and him. I've only deleted him twice and one was his Jef account. And as everyone knows, everyone hates Jef.

 

No sweat, my boy wanted to play you with his Goh so I just got off. Funniest thing is I always start off strong. I'm not much for long sessions. I always stop paying attention after like 5 games. Kick my ass from the get go and I'll
generally stick around for at least 10 before I just say
hats off.

Yeah,I attack he just stands back and I've always had troubles figuring out Lion's range..He does crazy counterattacks and then continue in offense and I'm ruined!

 

Good games to all the people I faced today. I had a chance to break out my lion against and once again I still have a long way to go but I like to appreciate all the people that gave my lion a chance to learn a few things while he was getting his butt kick again and again.
