About unplug the network cable at the end of match

When i play Vf5 r.e.v.o I found there isn't any punishment for unpluging the network cable.Espesialy the player who konws that he will lose the game.That is so disgusting ,and is so upfair to the player who will win the match.As i konw,the SF6 and TK8 has a punishment to this behavior.Honestly to say ,SEGA is't do its best to make this game,at least for the online mode.Clearly, these players who pull the network cable are the most despised.What do you all think about this matter?

There is a filter before you start the ranking matches, set it to something like "skip players with often disconnections".

Also, divine (highest self-developed) consciousness beings, don't punish. Instead, they reward with time to understand, that others do can better. You prefer punish or reward?
