Bounce Moves

    hey i wondered if every character has a bounce move. if so, what are they?
    btw a bounce move is a move where you slam the opponent down and bounces up again for combo opportunities. they work in certain situations, such as crumple from sideturned situations and airborn situations.
    here is what i found so far...

    akira = b,d/f+p

    Bounce moves will bounce the opponent from any air hit and most crumples.

    The float does need to be high enough or you get the old slamdown even if you are using the bounce move.

    Kage's isn't listed. I've definitely experienced it in one of Ken__I's TFT combos -- not familiar enough with the character to know the input.

    Hmm... I didn't played in VF5, but isn't Aoi's bounce move df+P+K? Maybe I think wrong, but it has animation, that can be a bounce move... Check this out!

    No, first they changed the input. Her old /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/df.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif+/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif is now /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/df.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif and it doesn't bounce otherwise it would have been seen in a combo by now.

    oh... I didnt knew about that... In my opinion Bounce is new thing in VF and every character could have one, i think that its unfair, that one char has cheap bounce move, and other has nothing...

    They're not cheap or overpowered, they only look really stupid. Aoi would suck regardless and Brad/DS Vanessa doesn't need one.

    Each to their own.

    I always liked bounce combos in Tekken and welcome them to VF.

    Anyway, I missed Kage in the list I posted earlier but is now added. Better than that though, you can read about the Bounce effect on the VFDCwiki (still under construction).

    Exactly, a forum always brings differing opinions.

    I choose to disagree but get a level of some respect (unlike some lovable posters).
