It is confirmed Patch 1.07 is scheduled to be released next week. Version 1.06 was the World Stage update on October 30th. At least one confirmed Steam bug will be fixed with this latest patch: Game have trouble starting up if "Windows logon user account name (the user account name under the C drive and Users folder) contains multi-byte strings"
