    OK guys, for real this time.

    I'm bumming a ride down to NYC this weekend. I should be arriving in Manhattan on Friday afternoon/night, and leaving Sunday. Directions of where I should get dropped off would be appreciated (assuming somewhere close to the W2Z?)

    I understand it's the Easter weekend and all, but if anyone is around to play some VF, hang out, etc, then that would be cool. If memory serves me correct, last time I was in NYC was in fact the Easter weekend, two years ago!

    So, come on, help a brother from down under! /versus/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

    Web 2 Zone is located at 54 Cooper Square. If I was giving driving instructions, I'd tell them to go to 7th St and 3rd Ave. It's far across the street from the two 2-way driving lanes.

    Unfortunately, we don't have a Frisco's here. /versus/images/graemlins/tear.gif But we do have Chipolte close by from W2Z. /versus/images/graemlins/smile.gif

    Maybe we can go eat at Outback's? heh heh /versus/images/graemlins/tongue.gif

    adam make sure you keep those dates you told me about in august, because I already requested the time off for it. A lot of peeps are taking vaction in august so it will be hard for me to get any other weekend off. Remember you said second weekend of August, so please don't change that.

    Hey guys, arrived back in Montreal with minimal hassle. Just wanted to thank everyone for the games, drinks, eats, drinks, clubbing, and drinks!

    Web2Zone is such an awesome setup! I didn't want to leave, honestly! Thanks to everyone who came out to play, and especially those responsible for maintaining and caring for the machine, and also for the direct feed captures!

    Moving on.

    Kenka, a Japanese restaurant with hentai on the menu, photos of tatooed genitalia on the wall, great food and dirt cheap beer = my kinda place! The propanda-esque music on loop was headache-inducingly loud thoug, but strangely catchy after a while (I fucking hate that!). The beers and plum wine could have kept flowing until sunrise had it not been for the long drive down and my short time there. Me = walking zombie.

    Oh, VF Porn on PSP! I didn't believe it until I saw it! /versus/images/graemlins/ooo.gif /versus/images/graemlins/laugh.gif /versus/images/graemlins/lol.gif

    The birthday dinner at Bann. Waitress = hot. Food = ok but pricey. Service = difficult. Overall = too fancy for what it could of been (a decent Korean restaurant) One particular guest at the table = one of the most obnoxious people I've ever met in my life. First impression of him = oh God, another loud white boy with kanji for a tatoo, someone shoot him! This was later followed by: oh God, white boy with asian kanji for tatoo cooking Korean bbq with the chopsticks he's eating with (as opposed to the separate chopsticks they give you for cooking), someone shoot me!

    Bonus dinner track: "Dad is great....." (inside joke) /versus/images/graemlins/smile.gif

    After dinner drinks at Modiva. 80s Robot Rock? Fucking A! So many hot women, and having to leave the city in a few hours = major fucking downer /versus/images/graemlins/indifferent.gif Oh, and Shag can definitely bust a move on the dance floor! *waves hand in the air* Double happiness = 2-for-1 drinks at the bar.     NYC VF 2 for 1 party this Wed 4/26

    Andy will be leaving us this Thursday to reside in Honk Kong. Kazu's birthday happens to land on the same day.

    To celebrate, we plan to have a meetup this Wednesday for some VF at Web2Zone and have dinner afterwards.
