Akira in a Kazuya outfit. Tekken Characters in VF6 conformed!

LOL jeff is basically pre-Jack/P.Jack (Tekken 2 ver.)

If it's true that vf1 team members went to namco for tekken1 then jack/pjack being based off Jeff makes sense

I am just wondering why they had a character named Jeff when they already had Jeffery in there? Unless, Jeffery had a different name when they first created the character.

i vaguely recall that being the case.

I'm guessing Jeffry's name was still "Willy" when this Jeff guy was being worked on.

It is pretty much evident that these prototypes ended being in Tekken. The early model for Akira was used for Kazuya Mishima and the military character Jeff Buckman that ended being Jack.

There's also of course Siba/Shiiba/Majid/Majido our favorite middle eastern character way before the existence of SF's Rashid and Tekken's Shaheen.

There was also a brown haired character with three different outfits. It appears under the Dural name some speculating that he may have been a prototype boss character. Some say his name was named Takeru, others say that Takeru was the original intended name for the prototype Akira that looked like Kazuya Mishima, a 22 year old karateka from Japan. His three skins are: One with a Chinese outfit. Other with a more urban clothing and the last one with a pro wrestling like design:
