        Ignore ranking, play room matches. At least you have some control on who you play with. I gave up on VF5US online long time ago lol I am level 33 for 1 month or more for now and stopped at that. No matching or bad connection, so it is worthless to try anyway.

        I wouldn't put too much stock into ranked. Just ask for games for someone & play ranked when you're trying to learn or apply something. If you're not worried about your rank, you rank up faster because you put less pressure on yourself to increase it. Most players around that rank are laggy or random players that you have to learn to adjust around too.
