SEGA arcade fans might find the name familiar, as there exists a piece of motion sim hardware SEGA utilizes called Typhoon.     Yeah, we'll see... It could just be that Sega has a new affinity for storm-based names. Since arcade hardware isn't updated as frequently anymore (and VF has always debuted new Sega arcade hardware), we don't get new VFs as frequently anymore. But VF5 is at the end of its life in arcades in Japan, so it should be about time.

  If you're a VF fan, you really have no excuse for not being at the Shenmue Kickstarter page. Shenmue I/II used a simplified VF3 engine!
