LoL... Just Frame Knee. I don't know the actual name of That move of Akira's so I just call it by its most defining characteristic. ;)

    something to practice:
the knee is guaranteed after side turned [2][P]+[K]+[G]
get ST by evading a move or with an OM

this works because it takes 3f to block when sideturned

I actually can't perform it in VF (I haven't actually tried yet).... but wow that actually sounds like its more powerful in VF. In DoA there is literally no reason to ever perform the Knee, not unless you know for sure you won't miss.

Appearantly in DoA it may not be a Just Frame, according to the Move Details it says the Follow Up Interval is 2 Frames, not 1.
It might be harder to do in VF.

Thats 3 frames ontop of whatever advantage I get from a successfull OM or ST attack right ? :)

yes, so a 12f 2P cannot be guarded at -9 on ST. VF rewards successful evades by making ST really scary!

akira's knee is mostly used for punishing blocked lows in this game, although it's less dangerous than 33p as a launcher

LoL... I just tried doing it in VF. I was right... its much harder. Its definitely one frame in VF and 2 Frames in DoA. Atleast as far as I can tell.
