Hey, we use characters people say are low tier. I've always thought these characters are probably one of the best in game. I don't think weight class should outclass tools when it comes to tier listing. I mean look at Jeff, we know.he sucks for sure and he is big, had way less tools than Aoi/Eil

I love eileen but she is low tier. I used to think they could balance her with minor changes but now that I realize how strong her tools are, I think she's either going to be top tier or bottom tier, probably never in the middle.
