We can't make a thread because we don't have a venue. Just wanted to let people know that we are still trying. I'll do a full writeup when we know where we are having it.
Harpooneer, nonsense! :D You can always update information on the venue later! An active thread at least shows others that you guys are already working on it, and allows others to ask questions, etc.
