Sarah is low because she has to work too hard for her damage. Lion also has to work quite a bit for his damage compared to the other characters.

Eh what's up with Plague's Akira in those vids? He was missing a ton of combos off of Akira's b,f+P+G throw but it seemed more like input issues...
Both the rabbit and the new tiger item talk to you after the match. The rabbit is fairly high-pitched but the tiger has a much lower voice.
