The majority of players on live suck anyways, it's not a character specific thing....

I love playing that guy, i've never won him but the win ratio is irrelevant, I always have fun playing him. and lol at that little crouching...

same here, turtling seems to rarely work in VF. I have no clue why people do it.
It only bothers me if the opponents play style irritates me. If I keep getting challenged by people who turtle or use low punch all way through...

It's just habit to continue beating on them, especially if they suck.
You can learn the basics of the game with any character, it's just some characters have more difficult movesets. I'd suggest checking them all out...
You can make an opponent eat a lot of damage if they never shake off staggers.
In VF2 and VF3, I think it was yeah. Edit: Wait, now i'm not sure if it was even in VF2?!
I think I was tech rolling too much against him, every time I got knocked down I tech'd and he'd knock me out of it or throw.
