Tekken 4 stick has 6 gameplay buttons on it. VF4 has 3 gameplay buttons, and 5 small buttons lined on the top.
I've never had a problem with yoho... but are you tapping the second df at the same time as pressing P? Like df, df+P instead of df, df, P?...
