Virtua Fighter 5 Final Showdown
Unicorn (CZ) - 25 pts
Krye (CZ) – 20 pts
Kingo (CZ) – 20 pts

 

I don't really care about top seed or whatever, as long as some players don't all end up at the same half of the bracket. Using the list unicorn wrote down earlier, those players, in two categories, would be (imo, going by results and personal opinion):

Category A:

Me, Ryan Hart, Kingo, Jide.

Category B:

MarlyJay, Chibitox, Mister, God3l, Unicorn and erdraug.

As long as these are split evenly amongst poules/brackets there shouldn't be any problems.

It would be trash if we somehow end up with one bracket with, for example:

Top bracket: Me + other players

Bottom bracket: kingo, Ryan Hart, Jide, MarlyJay, Mister, God3l, Unicorn, erdraug.

This could happen with the current seeding. Maybe we should send an email or something.

 

I talked with one of the organizier and now it is fixed. Also i linked this topic to give an idea on how the seeding should be done. Hope this helps.

 

Well, it is posted on WGC pages and every refgistrated participator received mail where this was specified

Unfortunatelly they took the "seeding tournaments points" method instead. And as nearly noone cares to register the results of their tournaments... Well, it looks how it looks.
Our national FG community too it very seriously, so I register for them all tournaments they give me results for. Result is... well, not representative.

And to be honest I am surprised nearly noone cares to register their tournaments for seeding points. Esp in games like SF, I expected people to be more serious about WGC, but... well... Most organizers care obviously. BTC Paris included

 

21 players (-Feck and Seidon? ). Nice!

 

I know feck is coming and also staying with ash kaiser in a rented flat. Don't know about seidon but this topic is kinda invisibile to most people who are coming. Would be nice to have some feedback to know who's coming to the event.

 

I already confirmed in this thread that I can't make it.
