2/11 Tournament in Richmond, VA

Alright, A tournament in Richmond is Rare!


BIG doa4 tournament here as well..

Where:
Days Inn W Broad 2100 Dickens Road
Richmond, Virginia 23230

When: Feb 11th 2006

Time: 1pm (FOR DOA, T5, SC3, AND SMASH)

3pm (FOR ALL CAPCOM GAMES, VF4:EVO AND #R)

Venue Fee: $10 ---- or $5 if you bring a TV/T5 SC3

Entry Fee: $10 per game

Games: DOA4, T5, SC3, Smash, 3rd Strike, MvC2, VF4:EVO

check out www.apexbus.com for cheap bus routes from NY to DC. Last I checked, it was $35 roundtrip. If you take this BUS, we can arrange for someone to pick you up from DC and take you to Richmond.

If you would like to go, IM sure there are OTHER SITES that take you from Baltimore, Philly, etc etc straight to Washington DC for VERY CHEAP!!!!!!

 

I'd make the drive, but i may not have enough time to request "this" saturday off =/. We'll see what i can pull off during the week.

 

The host of the tournament has updated his post and VF4:Evo will now be included with the other tourneys. As of right now, we're expecting about 14 people just from the state of Virginia. Hopefully other people from other states that are coming will join as well.

 

Some guys from NYC were actually thinking about going to this for DOA4. Really short notice for NYC's part but you might want to contact the DC thread about this event.

 

I will be there...even if it is just me reppin D.C

Anybody needs housing or whatnot, just call..I got coches gallor

 

still working on getting those days off "on the fly" but i'll give it a go =)

Hello, I am the person running the tournament. Sorry for the short reply, but Flash from DC just convinced me to add VF to the tournament.

I think it would be great for NY to come.

Here is some travel info just incase you dont have a ride

There are bus routes from the "Chinatown Bus" that take you from NYC directly to RICHMOND. The bus drops you off 1 mile from the venue.

Tickets are $60 round trip from NYC to Richmond, or $35 Roundtrip from NYC to DC. If you go to DC, make sure you get a ride from someone to take to you Richmond.

I wish I could go to one these, but Newport News is just too far of a drive. I got family there so it's not out of the realm possibilities.

That totaly sucks! Cant beleive I missed this. Ive heard of Jinmaster. Friend of Bill and Einoree. Im nowhere from where this was held. Right across from Henrico doctors Hospital. Dudes look me up.
