Ok 2 thing. I want to know what are the floating thing above some players heads and how do get to have a customized character on a arcade machine?

 

ok, one thing. Those features are only available if you live and play VF in japan and use one of the following.
1) A compatible japanese cell phone
2) VF.net for PC

To register your VF.net card and play on an arcade machine that can accept the card and connected to VF.net.

So the conclusion is that most likely you have no way to do any of those, and if you do, then you should read various VF.net guides that have already been posted by players in Japan in one of the forum sections here.

If you don't know what a cell phone is, you should probably not bother with VF.

Nah i dont get why u need a cell phone.Tought people would have figured that out.Guess youre just not that smart.

 

A large portion, if not majority of Japanese peoples' personal internet connections (IE -- not the computer they use at work to surf) are via mobile phone.

Also makes sense to put VF.net on mobiles first, since you can change your character while you're playing a session. You can actually do it from a PC now, but signing up on a mobile is 100x easier. Gotta remember something about our Japanese counterparts. They've got this fucked up gene where the simplest of tasks require a masters to complete. If I told you the requirements for getting a drivers' license, you'd laugh.
