360 arcade stick issues

I configure it in the options menu. It works fine with my selected choices in all modes. Then I go online and it resets. Is this a normal thing? If not wth am I doing wrong here?

 

Set your 2P controls to the same as your 1P controls. When you join a game, and you're 2P...it uses that control scheme. /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/smirk.gif

Which stick are you using if you don't mind me asking?

 

Got the ex2, think thats the name. Its the Hori that dropped for the 360 only a few weeks back.
