Rocky 3 is weird. The Rocky movies always had some disturbing racial subtext. Then in Rocky 3 we had the weird Apollo Creed/Rocky jungle fever homoerotic thing going on. Rocky 3 was also a continuation of Rocky 2 where Rocky has to learn to be black and not just embody the white, blue-collar frustrated lunch-pail Johnny. And of course Rocky 3 had the, uh, pretty disturbing caricature, er uh character, Clubber Lang.
