a terrible day for me

i had a awful day at work 2 day and it gets worse i found out my older brother and two relatives got assaulted by 30 stupid f***** cowards saturday night. my brother has a collapse lung and a fractured head caused by a steering wheel lock.

 

Damn, sucks to hear that. Hope they feel better soon.

 

they r in the hospital in boston and my brother bday is may23 too. all they did was go get sumthing to eat and those cowards just wanna start shit and assault them

 

I just don't understand why people do this sort of thing.

I hope your relatives heal soon.

Lowell is a really run-down place. There was an HBO documentary from the 90's about Lowell called "Crack City". It was about how bad Lowell was and how over-run it was with drugs and drug addicts. It has a large population of Cambodian gangs, which I'm assuming is what your brother ran into (a gang, not necessarily Cambodians.) 30 people is a lot to just be "hanging out" looking for trouble...

I'm really sorry to hear that that happened. I'm so concerned about the direction our culture is heading in where it's cool to be a brutal, violent sicko. I think we are beginning a culture of violence which is horrible. Life in many 3rd world countries, Middle East, South America in some places for example, the culture is extremely violent and totally destroys all quality of life.

You should be able to go out to dinner and not have to worry that you will be almost killed by an angry mob of disaffected people. It just sucks that we live in a country like that. Towns like Lowell are populated with ignorant, messed-up people. I don't understand these areas where it's cool to be stupid and ignorant and it's REALLY bad to be intelligent, smart or kind. What type of culture rewards stupidity and violent behavior and shuns being smart and rational??? I think that's really horrible.

they probably attacked them cuz my brother is cambodian( many cambodians hate other cambodians) and those losers assume he part of some stupid gang shit but he is just regular hard working guy and living his life raising 2 young boys. the doctors said they will be okay and will be released by the end of this week.
