Oh sweet mother of god.. That's such a gay reality show! Not that I have something against boxing... I just think it's pretty useless. That "dream" thing, I think it's too american (well...it's a show for americans anyway..). We have movies to show us that gay stuff about dreams and "following your heart" crap.

But I guess that if american people like to hear all that crap about dreams and stuff, then I wish Silvester and the other guy good luck, and happy wealth.

    It will be infinitely excellent.

That's all I have to say.

May I ask you one favor? Explain it to me. What's so great about that?

The hilarity of a has-been boxer, and a movie-star, who in fact isn't even a real boxer, hosting a show of a bunch of people who want to beat the hell out of each other to get recognized for cash, and fame? Why the hell wouldn't it be good?

oh come on now, don't start with the american stereotyping. like americans are the only people in the world who have dreams and aspirations... puh-lease.

Since I've been teaching in Japan I've gotten asked a lot of times from various Japanese people, "What is your dream?" I'm not sure if they got it from us Americans, or American movies, or what not, but it definitely seems to be a big thing here.

Dreams and aspirations are a good thing.

Well, okay that's right. I have my dreams too. That's not what I'm talking about. I think that some "American Dreams" are too damn..well..(who I am to judge them) useless...
Sometimes they just fantasize too much. Dream and aspiration of being a great pugilist? Hm...okay...Me dream would rather be having an acomplished life. Money, house, and a nice girl. But if some people find that the meaning of their lives is to punch and get punched for several years, then I can't say much can I?..

That's really intresting coming from you Sess after, prior to your short departure from this site, bs'ing about how often you have dissarmed guys with knives / guns etc in the ghetto in between your disarming demonstrations at school isn't it? How was it now - you choose to attack someone with a gun cause if you were being robbed you were certain they would freeze up while you did it? But then again your wife and kids which you mentioned wouldn't mind as you can not shoot a kung fu practioner even with a machinegun according to you (maybe that's why the comment on boxing was in your first post worthless - fuck I forgot it's not kung fu). You might want to prioritze that dream of yours abit more (last I heard Batman had the crimefighting part covered) instead of getting yourself killed.

Now did you have anything to contribute to the thread instead of going on an anti american rampage (have you ever even been over there?) in a sarcastic tone again? At the age of 16 you should be jacking of to baywatch / trying to see thru mystic martial arts fog bs (if you ever were intrested) or even be playing more VF - not start continential wars based on vague generalisations from Portugal man.

Anyh00t; I'll definatly watch this as it seems to be great. Just hope you get the entire fights and not cut together into an hour show style *thumbs up*

    /KiwE (Peace Out)

wtf, first off, like america is the only place with stupid dreams. about the punching thing, its a show based on a sport we have, its a dream to them becuase they get paid money to do what they love, compete, and become famous, those people MAY have it hard to try to become rich and famous through stocks, and investing, so they do what they are good at and what comes more natural. Does that mean that all those incredible martial artist competitions in the east are retarded too? Fuck it, lets just say, any dream that deals with a physical sport is considered "not much" since you get hit in the process. American dreams are hit on just cause thery always dont include a wife, house, car and kids? well than, I guess then 95% of the world's fantasized dreams are silly too since who in the hell would expect world peace to appear?
