Abbreviations Faq

I play with Akira and I know all his moves but I have lots of problems understanding all the abbreviations you guys use in the forum..there is a faq or can somebody help me in it?
And how can you do the Shoulder ram in a fast way?

try this: f,b+P+G, u or d, P+K> fff+P> shrm
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> ff+K> (non-continuable)b,f+P+K(charged) if oppo TR, its a guessing game. if oppo does a rising kick and u release with correct timing, you will 'neutralise the attack' (neither your charged b,f+P+K nor his rising attack will hit each of u) and gain initiative. Do SPoD is a good move after neutralising the above.
