I know you have to have 100% rivals, emblems, and items. And that it's best to search for verybody with the highest rank.

I just want to know though. Does the 999,999 gold work only for NEW Quest characters? Or for current Quest characters as well?

Could I make my high-ranked Sarah get the 999,999 G with 100%? Can I have my 1st Dan Vanessa (from Quest) have 999,999 G if she already began Quest Mode? Or does it simply count for completely brand-new character profiles that I haven't made yet and that have no Quest Mode items yet?

I'm glad that I can start my Nessa over. I'm nowhere near 100% with Sarah tho.

Man, Quest Mode is so annoying. I wish there were a purchasable patch for 100% everything, or a cheat that gave 100% everything for everybody.

    I'm at overall completion 87%.

My Wolf has 400,000 odd gold at the moment but absolutely nothing to spend it on.

Well thats the point. You have to earn the items you have. Otherwise theres no value in having a blue light on your wrist when you fight. When I get into a match and people see that they know I had to put in the work to get it.(I realize the cpu is retarded)

As annoying as it may seem, it really doesn't take all that long to get everything for one character. A solid week and a half should be more than enough time.

Now fighting all the rivals...thats another story completely...

It takes a long ass time to do all the rivals.

I like to do about 30% a day on each arcade.

All I know is that when my main account is back online people will know that I worked to get my Wolf to look as kick ass as he does.

Yeah, fighting all the rivals IS annoying.
Especially, if you get an item battle after 1-2 fights..
I really can't stand that stupid announcer "This match has become an item battle!" Yeah great, just another 10000 credits...

I turned the announcers off after playing three or four matches.

I don't mind the effort so much as the fact that it's just plain boring and drawn out. You're doing the same thing the ENTIRE time through. I realize that this is a fighting game and the point is to fight, but I'm not a fan of having to fight 1000 different AI opponents.

It's a combination of fighting the AI the same way for so long. The interest and variety factors just don't exist for it.

I originally kept the announcers on to learn the names of moves. But hearing "KNEEE!" so much is making me think otherwise.

I don't really need to get too much stuff. I'm only missing two items and I have Vane at exactly where I want her. Just save the money up for the green foot plate, and get 5th dan for the no military shirt option and I'm good.

I finally got the Quest Trifecta Acheivement for Sarah today, Hell yeah finally!!

I don't think I mind fighting all the AI cause, I just started playing VF and I need some low level opponents to figure out what is what.

It would be cool, I think, if there were more than 3 rivals in an arcade at a time. That's like less than 2 or 3% chance of running into the one you need... pain in the ass. I think I almost had a seizure from all the backing in and out of the arcades!

Well, I recently got 100% everything with Sarah. Pretty worth it, I say. Lots of work, but it's done now. I have about 530,000 G unused for her.

If you haven't gotten the Quest Trifecta yet, but want to get a little head start with other characters, you can make other profiles and use them in Vs and such (but do NOT go into Quest with other profiles yet). Ranks against profile-less opponents in Vs can only go up to First Dan max rank (unlocking third costume and having the first rank-based item). Of course, if you fight human opponents who actually have profiles, you can rank up the same exact way as in Quest Mode and not be limited to a max rank of First Dan. And then, after you get Quest Trifecta, you can use your Vs profiles to go into Quest Mode and get the 99,999 G while already being First Dan as minimum rank.

That's what I would recommend if you have someone else to play with, and want to get head starts on other character profiles before having Quest Trifecta.

Interesting how you have to spend 890,000 G in the shop to purchase all items for any character, excluding Orb Discs purchases (which would total to 28,000 G?).
