akira combo/buffering movie is up

    this a combo movie showing combos that I like, be it easy ones or hard ones (by vf3 standards anyway), plus some akira buffering happenings (sorry about the darkness of it all)

    Piccolo, can you give me a transcript of what is
    happening in your movie? I'm sorry but 9+ MB
    on a 56K is excruciating when I have trouble
    making things out.

    I'll likely DL it on the weekend but I want to
    know now!

    Hey Pic,

    Excellent movie there. Some stuff I've seen (like you said, Adam ripped some combos off of you/images/icons/tongue.gif) and many I haven't seen.

    I think this is the first time I finally got to see that 6-floats-->FALL FASTER physics of VF3DC/images/icons/smile.gif

    Sorry, I'm not gonna be the one to write a transcript for ya GE.

    Oh yeah, the intro and the ending were humorous/images/icons/smile.gif

    P.S. Andy, if I am correct about you creating these with a camcorder, have you tried putting the projector closer to the wall and then having a tighter zoom on the recorded area? Will that make it show brighter?

    Akira combo transcript

    Here's a transcript of the Akira combos appearing in piccolo's movie. Note that for all Punches I'll just list them as P, whereas they should be performed as either PGs or PKGs, depending on the situation. Also, b-DbPlm stands for buffered Double Palm, which can only be performed after Akira's ST or BG throws.

    1. vs Pai/level: ST, SJK, Px2, m-DbPlm
    2. vs Pai/downhill: f,b+P+G, SDE, P, m-DbPlm
    3. vs Jacky/level: ST, SJK, Px3, BodyCheck
    4. vs Jacky/level/wall: hop P, BodyCheck (otg)
    5. vs Jacky/level/angle+wall/openstance: ST, b,f+P+K, b-DbPlm
    6. vs Pai/downhill: SDE(MC), Px3, DLC
    7. vs Pai/downhill: Knee(MC), Px3, Knee
    8. vs Pai/downhill: hop P(MC), P, DLC
    9. vs Pai/downhill: hop K(MC), Px2, DLC
    10. vs Pai/downhill: hop K(MC), P, m-DbPlm

    certainly helps to know what's going
    on. It is pretty dark.

    56k?...are you saying that when you played VF2 against that guy in umm where ever it was on a 56k?,I hope so that would certainly give me renued hope.

    Awesome stuff,but I thought you specialized in gay fruity combo's :) nothing fruity bout those combo's.I thought I'd see a lot of useless weird stuff given the jokeingly condescending attitude some people seem to show towards you .None of this is meant to sound offensive by the way just happy to FINALLY get another spiffy combo movie for my collection :).

    yep 56k. The lag was there but not bad and
    everynow and then, Shroud and I play with
    minimal lag. Any amount of lag is
    game affecting but its definately doable.
