I looked in the glossary and I couldn't find a definition of what black book combos are but I'm assuming they are proven tournament staple combos. I'm trying to learn the list. However I wanted some video to help in my training. I found a supposedly "complete" video of Akria's black book combos. Only problem is I don't know which combo is which! Is there any good vids out there stepping through the black book like Srider's excellent videos I saw on the MyCheats super guide?

I've never seen a vid like that but mostly the moves in that vid show up in the same order as they do in the black book.

Black book is a tactics, frames, combo guide that was released in JP for Ver B. In it were combos for many characters. It's not perfect, many higher dmg combos have been found afterwords - but it's a good guide if you can read japanese.

There is nothing "supposedly complete" about that video at all, that contains ALL of the combos listed in the Black Book as well as extra combos I added in and is pretty much ancient history now...

Myke made a similar video for Kage a long time back as well. It was my intention to make a few more but I never got around to them.

I wish more people would actually read thru this forum more because there is a wealth of information already posted.

And the point of showing the inputs onscreen is that you can visibly see exactly what is going on. So bearing that in mind, you don't need to know if everything's in order, just look at how the combo starts.
