simply put... I can't do it. need some help.

 

I presume that you are using the pad, but it doesn't make any difference. The move takes a lot of practice to pull off. It's done exactly the way it's described. Let go of G after 1 frame. Basically, when you press K+G don't press and hold down G, instead brush it so that it's more of a VERY light tap.
