Zack is a very good character. He is very fast, has some wild moves and can string combos very well. Plus I just think he's cool! :) Does anyone else here like Zack?

For me, Zack's a fun character. I don't really like his character design, and I personally couldn't stand using him in the original DOA, but in DOA2, I actually use him quite a bit and have found him to be, as CrewNYC mentioned, "insanely strong"

Fun to play in DOA2, but his character design is.... well... I don't think I really have to spell it out for anyone.

Well, I personally love Zack's character design, and when DoA2 first hit our arcades I was specialising in him. I was part way through a character guide too, and seeing as though I'm back into the game, I just might finish it off. As for him being insanely strong, I feel that any character can be in the right hands (DH being the great equalizer). However, as people have already noticed, CPU Zack is quite embarrassing, so it leads me to believe that there must be some killer human Zack's out there for someone to draw that conclusion about him. I'm sure the newbies that I played considered my Zack to be way too powerful, but when I played him against friends who were just as experienced as me, each match was hard fought.

Well, getting "up to speed" with Lei Fang, Jann Lee, and Ein was a lot easier than I thought. Ein is especially easy to bring to a competitive level than I thought! His combos are simplistic yet effective.

In any case, I just started playing Zack today. Veerry interesting character! I would describe him as a character with a lot of strings but, most of all, a principal game of knee/throw. I absolutely love his d/f,d/f K! Very nice combos indeed, and very low risk factor with the additional K versus potential benefit. Probably Zack's most critical attack.

Anyway, I have a question for Harold or any Zack player...it's a combo question (heh heh heh):

------------ ------------------------------------- --- --- --- --------------
    (BK) b K | [ df,df K > P,P,f P,P ] | C | C | C | - , 78, 94
    | [ f K > P > df,df K > P,P,f P,P ] | H | H | H | - , - ,115
    ------------ ------------------------------------- --- --- --- --------------

How exactly are the combos involving f K > P done? Every time I go for it (opponent double back stunned), the opponent would crumple really low after the f K, making my P miss completely. I even had to dash forward to get in range. What am I doing wrong?
