Any Star WArs Galaxies players out there?

After the SOE security breach, Sony gave all previous SWG users 45 free days. I finally tried to play SWG again this weekend, but I cant log in to the game! I recognized my updated password, loaded all the patches, and made itto character select. Im stuck on the Character select/ galaxy select page and when I click the 'log in' button on the lower right, nothing happens. Anybody else have this problem? Lousy Customer service is closed this weekend, so Im stuck until tuesday.

anyone know a fix for this?

 

Pretty sure I heard that they were shutting down the servers in that game permanently sometime.

 

yeah on Dec 15. Here's the bad newsfor me anyway) all other servers except for 2 european servers have already been shut down. So all my characters have been deleted anyway already. Anyway, there is a free to play emulated versionof SWG that works and is Pre-Combat update ?Pre NGE. Thats way better than the current game anyway! TEF FTW!! That game stopped being gangsta after they got rid of Temporary enemy Flags anyway.

 

The game, even in the eyes of my hardcore sw fans, was utter shit. Good riddance.
