Anybody has information on frame advantage for staggered opponent?

    For example,

    Lion's f+P (elbow) will cause joystick animation shown on the opponent if is a MC. What is the minimum and maximum frame advantage Lion has? As I know, the faster the opponent struggle on the joystick, the faster the recovery.

    Also, what is the minimum and maximum frame advantage for backstaggered opponent?

    MC isn't what makes a stagger from elbow(f+p). It's becos the opponent duck....
