aoi 4 dan throw

i found this move on a FAQ and cannot decipher part of it:

f,SCR,b+PG -> f,d+PG or b,d+PG -> d,u+PG -> d/f+PG


what does SCR mean?

one other question, when timing aoi's reversals and inashi, should the command be inputed as the animation for the attack starts or closer to when it is actually going to strike her?

That FAQ is incorrect.

The correct method of getting the 4-Dan throw is:

HCF+P+G or HCB+P+G -> b,d+P+G or f,d+P+G -> u,d+P+G -> d/f+P+G (ground throw)

You can not get the ground throw if the 3rd Dan is d,u+P+G.

you can't get it if it is u,d+P+G, you can only get it when it is d,u +P+G.

 

Eh? I just tried it out, u,d+P+G it is. It makes sense too, because I remember that the 4-Dan throw was hard to pull off considering most opponents automatically escape d+P+G all the time (escaping the 2nd Dan and 3rd Dan).

i think i'm getting the reversal timing a bit better, i kept doing it too soon.
